Thought: Pride is tasteless, colorless, and sizeless, yet it is the hardest thing to swallow.

 

1.      Please be reminded that lesson plans are to be turned in on Friday afternoons. Also7:45 a.m. is the reporting time for work in the mornings. If you must leave before 3:05 you must sign the sign out book in the office.

 

2.      We will once again attempt to teach the Playground expectations today. Grades K-2 will report to the Gym at 12:40 and from 1:15 – 1:30 be able to practice the behaviors and receive BISON bonus tickets. Grades 3-5 will meet in the Gym at 1:25 and from 2:00 – 2:15 be able to practice.

 

3.      Daffodil orders are due by March 8th. Please see Mrs. Spriggs(469-6069) if you are interested.

 

4.      Please take note that Mrs. Bates needs a copy of your common assessments for the 2nd trimester in each core and also the numbers for above average, average, and below average by the end of the week. Data and planning for next trimester on Friday

 

5.      In addition to Mrs. Price and Mrs. Magro we need a person from 3-5 to begin working on coming up with new report cards for each level. Please let me know by the end of the day if you are interested.

 

6.      This week is National School Breakfast Week and our cafeteria staff is going to have as its theme “Where in the World has the Food Service Staff Gone for Breakfast?” Please encourage your students to invite family to eat breakfast this week.

 

1.      We have received notice of the deadline for the Report Card indicators and the work needs to be done before we go on Break. We will be reviewing how we will accomplish this at the Adm. Mtg. today and I will report back to you as soon as we have the details decided. Stay tuned.

                                          8:00 – District basketball at Lawrence

                                          11:30 – P T O Board meets in Workroom

                                          8:00 – District Basketball at Lawrence if win on Monday

 

THURSDAY:                   ½ day for students – P. M. specials

                                          1:00 – noon hour aides meet in lab

 

FRIDAY:                          No School for students

                                          Plan day for next trimester

                       7:00 – District basketball championship at Lawrence if win on M & W

                           Don’t forget to move clocks ahead when you retire on Saturday !!
