The elementary staff joins me in welcoming you to the New Buffalo Elementary School. Our minds as well as our doors, are open and receptive to you. All of our classrooms have been completely remodled including new casework and furniture. We have installed the lastest technology such as interactive whiteboards and projectors.

New Buffalo Elementary School is an accredited elementary school through the North Central Association. School improvement is an important component in that program and we know this will help ensure that your children are getting the best we have to offer. New Buffalo Elementary received a grade of "A" on the State Department Report Card for 2004-2005 and also 2005-2006.

New Buffalo Elementary is a pre-K through 5th grade building with two classrooms per grade. Currently, our enrollment is about 235. Our class size is about 20 students per room.

We offer Art, Music, Physical Education, and Title 1 assistance in addition to the regular curriculm. We also have a computer lab and a large media center.
