Reading

It is recommended that third graders read a minimum of twenty minutes each day outside of school.  Please help your child to keep his or her At-Home Reading Log up to date.  Visit your public library regularly to keep a fresh selection of interesting books on hand!  Remember to encourage your child to be reading AR books at home to prepare for taking quizzes here at school.

Extra practice toward memorizing basic math facts is an important skill and part of our third grade expectations.  We are currently focusing our attention on learning the basic facts of multiplication.  Remember to practice each evening at home, and check out the cool web sites listed below for practice on your computer!

About Me

Welcome to our classroom webpage! My name is Mrs. Kruger and I have been a teacher for twenty years. I live in Bridgman with my husband, daughter, dog, and cat. My favorite things to do are spend time with my family and pets, exercise, sail, scrapbook, read, and teach. I encourage parent involvement. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
