I hope you all enjoy your Labor Day weekend. Please check out this year's first edition of the Bison Bits Newsletter. We are all ready and excited to start the year this coming Tuesday.
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to announce that we will be installing brand-new lockers across both the high school and middle school! This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to improve our facilities and provide a better daily environment for our students.
The installation will take place incrementally on a nightly basis to minimize disruption to the regular school schedule.
Estimated Installation Timeline
High School: We anticipate having all new high school lockers fully installed by the start of school on Monday, September 14.
Middle School: We anticipate having all new middle school lockers fully installed by the start of school on Monday, September 21.
Temporary Locker Guidelines
During the transition period, please keep the following in mind:
Lock Access During Installation: Until all new lockers have been fully installed, the newly placed lockers will not have locks attached.
Security Monitoring: Hallway areas and items left in the lockers will be continuously monitored by our security cameras.
Belongings & Storage: If your student is uncomfortable leaving certain valuable or personal items in an unlocked locker, we encourage them to:
Leave those items at home during the installation period, or
Store them securely in the Main Office during the school day.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this project. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the school office.

We need your help! The annual SADD dodgeball tournament is this Wednesday, June 3rd and Thursday, June 4th. We have yet to have teams sign up. It is $25 per team ($5 per player). All funds raised will go toward the Stepping Stone Center for Domestic Violence. All money must be in by Wednesday morning to participate!

This week we are doing our annual coins for cancer to raise money for our 5k! The winning grade will get a dutch waffle party in the cafeteria with all the fixings! Send in all your extra coins with your students so their class can win! GO BISON!

Just a quick reminder that our 8th grade students will be taking the Practice PSAT Monday morning. To make sure everything goes smoothly and your student can focus on doing their best, please help us with the following:
Please ensure your student’s Chromebook is fully charged over the weekend and ready to go on Monday.
A good night's sleep and a solid breakfast will go a long way in helping them stay sharp!
We will begin testing promptly Monday morning, so arriving on time is extra important.
Thank you for your support in helping our students prepare for this important practice run!
