Class of 2027 Parents & Students,

Your student is approaching one of the biggest milestones of their educational journey—13 years in the making! A huge Congratulations is in order, and we’re excited to help you celebrate every moment leading up to graduation.

To ensure your student is able to walk across the stage and receive his or her diploma, a graduation cap and gown must be ordered. Ordering on time is extremely important so there is ample time for manufacturing and shipping.

On Thursday October 22, our Jostens representative, Mark Flueckiger, will meet with seniors to explain the graduation ordering process and distribute order materials. By now, you should have received communication from him via email (Moments That Matter). You will also receive a brochure in the mail. Mark will continue to communicate with families through email and, in some cases, text messaging.

IMPORTANT:

• Graduation Order Due Date: October 29

• Order Online: Use the link at the bottom of this email

• Senior Celebration: November 12 during SRT in the commons

Please do not miss the deadline—this ensures your student receives their items at Senior Celebration. Cap & gown, graduation announcements, and additional products will be delivered in the spring.

If you have any questions, please call or text the Jostens office at 574.216.6336 or email flueckigeroffice@jostens.com.
